Cancellation Policy

Disclaimer - Coaching is not therapy or counseling. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. - Clients are solely responsible for their decisions, actions, and results arising from the coaching relationship. - If you are currently receiving treatment from a mental health professional, it is recommended that you inform them about your coaching relationship. Booking & Cancellation Policies Session Booking - By booking a coaching session with Brandon Small, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following policies: Cancellation Policy: - 24-Hour Notice: Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of any coaching session. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will result in a charge of the full session fee. No-Shows: -If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, you will be charged the full session fee. Rescheduling: - Sessions may be rescheduled without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance. I will make every effort to accommodate your new preferred time. Late Arrival Policy - If you arrive late to a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time. - The full fee applies regardless of arrival time. Termination Policy: - Either the Client or Coach may terminate the coaching relationship with two weeks written notice. - The Client agrees to compensate the Coach for all services rendered through the termination date. Confidentiality: - All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential except in circumstances where: - There is risk of harm to yourself or others - There is disclosure of illegal activity - Information is required by court order - I may anonymously and hypothetically share coaching scenarios with other coaching professionals for training, supervision, or consultation purposes.
