Session Booking
By booking a coaching session with Brandon Small, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following policies:
Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Notice: Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of any coaching session.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will result in a charge of the full session fee.
No-Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, you will be charged the full session fee.
Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance. I will make every effort to accommodate your new preferred time.
Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive late to a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time.

The full fee applies regardless of arrival time.
Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking for individual sessions.

For coaching packages, payment must be made according to the agreed payment schedule in your coaching agreement.

All payments are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances, to be determined at my discretion.
Termination Policy

Either the Client or Coach may terminate the coaching relationship with two weeks written notice.

The Client agrees to compensate the Coach for all services rendered through the termination date.
Disclaimer

Coaching is not therapy or counseling. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

Clients are solely responsible for their decisions, actions, and results arising from the coaching relationship.

If you are currently receiving treatment from a mental health professional, it is recommended that you inform them about your coaching relationship.
Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential except in circumstances where:

There is risk of harm to yourself or others

There is disclosure of illegal activity

Information is required by court order

I may anonymously and hypothetically share coaching scenarios with other coaching professionals for training, supervision, or consultation purposes.
Record Retention

Client records and session notes will be securely maintained for a period of 7 years.
Technology Issues

For online sessions, clients are responsible for ensuring they have adequate technology and internet connection.

If technical issues prevent a session from proceeding, we will reschedule at no additional cost.

Changes to Policies

These policies may be updated from time to time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
