The Free Discovery Call is your starting point to explore coaching without commitment. In this 60-minute conversation, we'll discuss your current challenges, clarify what you want to achieve, and explore whether coaching is the right fit for you. I'll explain how the ABC Framework works and what you can expect from our sessions together. This isn't a sales pitch—it's a genuine conversation to determine if we're a good match. You'll leave with clarity on your readiness for coaching, an understanding of what coaching can and cannot do, and next steps if you decide to move forward. We'll explore your biggest challenge right now, identify patterns you've noticed, discuss your goals, and determine what support would be most helpful. If coaching isn't the right fit, I'll recommend other resources like therapy, consulting, or self-guided programs. The discovery call is conducted via Google Meet or phone, based in Pacific Time but available nationwide. You'll walk away knowing exactly what coaching with me looks like and whether it aligns with what you need.
