Success Stories

Every person below came in with something in common: they already understood their situation. They'd done the reflection. They knew what needed to change.

What they needed wasn't more insight — they needed a structured partner to help them design the next move and stay accountable to it.

 These are their stories.

💬 His Words:

"At the core... I just want an abundant full life. If I'm authentically really enjoying my life... that's winning."

- Mark G.

Story 1 — Mark G.

Business & Career Transition

Client: Male professional, 40–70 · 4+ Sessions · Confidence Progress: +3

🔴 Before

Mark was a seasoned professional wrestling with a familiar tension: the pull toward something more meaningful vs. the weight of everything he'd already built. He had the drive — but imposter syndrome and a foggy vision of "what's next" kept him circling the same questions without moving.

âš¡ The Shift

Using the ABC Framework, we started with Awareness — uncovering what Mark actually valued vs. what he'd been chasing out of habit. We used the Wheel of Life to identify which areas were depleted and which ones were energizing him. Then we got specific: one Big Goal, concrete habits, and a week-by-week accountability structure.

🟢 After

Mark stopped waiting for permission to redefine what winning looks like. He moved from confusion to clarity — and is now actively building toward a coaching-aligned path that fits his values and the season of life he's in.

Story 2 — Jenayssi

Entrepreneur & Confidence

Client: Former teacher turned entrepreneur, 30–50 · 4 Sessions · Confidence Progress: +2

🔴 Before

Jenayssi had already made the leap — left teaching to build something of her own. But the inner critic followed her. Playing it safe felt like protection. It was actually a ceiling. She kept shrinking the vision to match the fear instead of building the capacity to match the vision.

âš¡ The Shift

We used the Notice → Shift → Rewire method to interrupt her default patterns — especially the habit of self-blame when things didn't go as planned. We rebuilt her relationship with risk by anchoring it to her values, not her fears.

🟢 After

Jenayssi traded self-blame for clarity. She now recognizes the difference between protecting herself and limiting herself — and chooses growth intentionally.

💬 Her Words:

"Coaching helped me trade self-blame for clarity. I now recognize that my tendency to 'play it safe' wasn't protecting me — it was limiting my growth."

- Jenayssi

💬 Her Words:

"The morning routine we created has been transformative. I feel like I'm finally starting my day with intention instead of reaction."

- Bridgette

Story 3 — Bridgette

Mindset & Daily Habits

Client: Professional woman, 25–45 · 5+ Sessions · Confidence Progress: +3

🔴 Before

Bridgette knew what she needed to do. The structure just wasn't there. Every morning started in reaction mode — notifications, demands, other people's urgency. Her values and her daily habits were living in two different places.

âš¡ The Shift

We built a morning routine anchored to her actual values using the Energy vs. Time framework from the ABC process. Instead of managing more tasks, she learned to protect and prioritize her high-quality energy first.

🟢 After

Bridgette starts her day with intention — not reaction. Small shifts in her morning structure created a ripple effect across her work, her health goals, and how she shows up in relationships.

Story  — Toby

Workplace Resilience & Life Transition

Client: Long-term employee, cancer survivor, 50–70 · 5+ Sessions · Confidence Progress: +2

🔴 Before

Toby had navigated more than most — a long career, a health battle, and a workplace that no longer felt like it fit. Resentment was building. The question wasn't whether to change — it was how to make choices that honored everything he'd been through.

âš¡ The Shift

We used the Wheel of Life to separate the symptoms (resentment, low energy, dread) from the root cause (misalignment between values and environment). Once Toby could see the full picture clearly, decision-making became less about escape and more about design.

🟢 After

Toby stopped white-knuckling through a season that didn't fit. He's now making choices from clarity — aligned with his values and the chapter of life he's actually in.

💬 His Words:

"Coaching helped me trade resentment for clarity. Now I'm making choices that fit my values and the season I'm in."

- Toby
