Step 1: Awareness

Start by asking yourself this simple journaling prompt: "What thoughts or beliefs might be limiting my progress right now?" This is your first step toward uncovering the real challenges, not just the symptoms.

Step 2: Alignment

Once you have awareness, you can begin to find alignment. This is where you connect the dots between your relationships, health, and professional life. It's about taking that newfound clarity and aligning your actions with your authentic self—the person you truly want to be, not who you think you should be. You'll start to see that you already have the solutions; you just need a clearer perspective to find them.

Step 3: Action

Finally, we translate that alignment into concrete action steps. These actions don't have to be massive; they just have to be real and consistent. This is where a coach can provide supportive accountability to help you discuss your plan, talk through different options, and create a path forward.
